Moorhouse Ready Mix was acquired in 1980 by the owners of Breda Ready Mix; Scott Heinrichs, Steven Heinrichs, and Dale Tiefenthaler. At that time, there were plants in Breda, Carroll, and Lanesboro, IA.
In 2003, Dale Tiefenthaler acquired the business and along with his son, Brent.
Moorhouse Ready Mix employs 15 people.
We are the only locally owned ready mix company in Carroll County, Iowa.
